NETWORK is a not-for-profit organization that fosters the development, leadership, and mentoring needs of African American women within the Postal Service. Our focus is to train, strengthen and develop women managers and supervisors through an informal system of networking among its members through all facets of their lives-personally, professionally, physically and spiritually and open to all.

NETWORK Chapters are chartered by application to the National Board from a group of ten or more dues paying members from a specific geographical location. NETWORK chapters are located throughout the United States has been represented by chapters in the District of Columbia and Pennsylvania.
